Marketing / Advertising Office Assistant - Part-Time
MarketWise Solutions desires a versatile part-time employee that has some base skills in some or all of the following:
Business Computer Programs (primarily Excel and Word, with a heavy emphasis
on Excel) Internet Research (knowledgeable in using search engines and quickly
finding information online) Organized, Detail-Oriented, Enthusiastic Learner and Worker (willing
to help in all aspects of the company from the basic to the mission critical) Optional: Marketing / Advertising (understand the concepts and importance
of marketing, advertising, PR, etc., in both online and traditional forms). Optional: Graphic Design / Layout (have some experience with Photoshop,
Quark, etc. and be familiar with image file formats, etc.). Optional: Website Development (some knowledge of, or desire to learn,
html code, web design, SEO, PPC, etc.).
Notes: Part-time hours are flexible during the regular Monday to Friday,
8:00 am to 5:00 pm work week. Perhaps 10 - 30 hours per week, but this

MarketWise Solutions is a B2B Industrial Marketing Firm. We are searching for a key individual
that can assist with the diverse tasks and projects required in this type of business.
Marketing Communications
/ Website Development Management
We are currently looking for a person that understands the process of website development, and
can assist in managing these types of projects. This includes writing and content
development, some graphics development or clean-up, some HTML code writing, uploading
pages, etc. This person will work with our graphic designer and website programmer
to organize, manage and see projects through to completion. This position involves
working with client contacts (mostly engineers and scientists for complex subject
matters), so good communication skills are also important. Some knowledge of SEO
and/or PPC would be helpful, but not required. In addition to website development
management, this person should understand marketing, advertising and PR concepts,
and have the ability to assist with various other projects. 1 to 3 years experience
would be ideal, and a 4-year degree is preferred.
At this point in your career, we realize you may not know everything we eventually
want you to, but we need to see some solid experience, a strong foundation and
some incredible potential.
